Imperacer® Instrumentation
The Imperacer® instrumentation bundles are designed for cost-effective Imperacer® bioanalysis at any lab and come in customizable sizes. The package is designed to perfectly conduct Imperacer® assays in the daily laboratory routine and summarizes Chimera Biotec´s 10 year experience in Imperacer® assay development and routine bioanalysis.
The Imperacer® instrumentation starter package has a throughput of approximately 500 data points/day and comprises of the following components:
- Imperacer® Reader: The core component of any Imperacer® package is a modified Imperacer®-enabled PCR Cycler. This generic instrument is modified and tested for optimal performance in combination with Imperacer® kits.
- Imperacer® Washer: The Imperacer® Washer combines speed, simplicity and performance and has diverse assay protocols and programs.
- Imperacer® Multichannel Pipette: This adjustable pipette has been proven to be a very useful tool for precise sample transfer from standard cup format (e.g. 1.6 ml sample preparation vials as supplied in the kit) to Imperacer® microplate format.
- Imperacer® Laboratory Toolkit: Containing Chimera’s “lab-in-a-box” set of equipment for the complete Imperacer® workplace.
- Imperacer® Kits & Reagents: These reagents are required for training purposes and implementation of Imperacer® into your laboratory routine.
- Imperacer® kits: 10 Imperacer® assay development kits for hands-on training.
- PCR test kit: Kit for initialization and functionality control of Imperacer®-Reader.
- Washing Buffer: Additional stock solution of Imperacer® wash buffers for initialization and maintenance of the Imperacer® microplate washer.
- Imperacer® Installation and Training: In addition to the Imperacer® laboratory hardware, professional on-site installation and hands-on training are included in the starter package, enabling rapid and convenient technology transfer of Imperacer® into your laboratory routine.
