Dear Reader,
This is the latest edition of the bio-analytic newsletter. With this newsletter we'll inform you on the latest news from ultra-sensitive bio-analytics in drug development, biomarkers and diagnostics. We make sure you don't miss any trends or new developments.

Review: Creutzfeldt-Jakob, Parkinson and Alzheimer's: From Diagnosis to Therapy
In their latest review, Dupiereux et al. give an update on biomarkers in more than 20 degenerative diseases affecting the central nervous system or a variety of peripheral tissues. This review highlights the urgency of the development of early and sensitive diagnostics in terms of therapeutic challenge. Order reprint at marketing@chimera-biotec.com
Paper: Immunogenicity - Immuno-PCR assays for Immunogenicity Testing
The authors report on the employment of an ultra-sensitive Immuno-PCR (IPCR) method to enable highly drug-tolerant Immunogenicity testing. Results suggest that IPCR has the potential to become a standard methodology in Immunogenicity Testing.Order reprint at marketing@chimera-biotec.com
Whitepaper: Comparing Ligand Binding Assay Platforms
Imperacer® has a 1000-fold better sensitivity compared to ELISA and a 20- to 100-time increase in sensitivity compared to Meso Scale/Bioveris. Chimera provides bio-analytical services based on MSD (Meso Scale Discovery) as well as Imperacer® platforms and we have now published a Whitepaper comparing a range of different platform features: read Whitepaper
Webinar: How to increase immunoassay sensitivity?
This Webinar focuses on technologies reducing signal-to-noise ratios of ligand binding assays. Furthermore, an overview on sensitive immunoassay platforms, including their pros and cons, is presented together with some application examples. This Webinar is held by Mark Spengler. Mark has more than 8 years experience in ultra-sensitive ligand binding assays. Schedule your Webinar directly at spengler@chimera-biotec.com.
Road Show in the U.S.
In November we are doing a series of application presentations in the US. If you are interested in an on-site presentation of the Imperacer® assay system, please contact marketing@chimera-biotec.com
