New Publication (1): Novel Strategies and Tools for Enhanced ImmunoAssay Sensitivity

In a recent publication, Adler and co-workers gave an overview on ultra-sensitive immuno-PCR technologies and their applications in drug development. The review summarizes background information about general selection of IPCR targets, actual standard assay procedures and work with biological matrices. In a survey of results from recent innovations, the potential of this emerging field of applications is evaluated for novel pathways in study design and analytics.

New Publication (2): Ultra-sensitive Cytokine Quantification

At the 2009 Tri-Society Conference in Lisboa in September, Chimera published a poster comparing three different immunoassay platforms (ELISA, MSD, Imperacer) in respect to assay sensitivity, multiplexing, and their ability to measure free vs. total cytokines. Download poster or order free reprint.
